• Du betreust unsere Geschäftskunden und hast einen Überblick über Wünsche, Bedürfnisse und offene Fragen • Du findest immer wieder neue Strategien zur Kundenbindung - von Events, Webinaren oder persönlichen Kontakt • Du sammelst Kundenfeedback, damit wir gemeinsam die Plattform weiterentwickeln können • Du erstellst passende Angebote und hilfst bei dem Onboarding auf unsere Geschenke-Plattform
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast im Idealfall ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder andere relevante Qualifikationen • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder im Kundensupport • Empathie und Fingerspitzengefühl im Kundenkontakt sind für dich deshalb selbstverständlich • Du zählst Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick zu deinen Stärken • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2+ Niveau und kannst außerdem verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse vorweisen • Du erfüllst nicht alle Qualifikationen – kein Problem für uns!
