β’ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles including: sourcing, interviewing, offer stages and onboarding. β’ Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build out job descriptions. β’ Determine specific hiring processes for each role and coordinate interviews accordingly. β’ Build a strong, ongoing pipeline of candidates, especially in critical or hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future hiring needs. β’ Manage job listings on Company career page and Linkedin. β’ Use a variety of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage with high-caliber technical professionals. β’ Assist in the offer negotiation process which includes executing offer letters, contracts, compliance documents, reference checks and background checks. β’ Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. β’ Regularly assess the talent market to stay competitive and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
β’ At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. β’ Previous experience at an early-stage company or start-up is a plus. β’ Previous experience at a fintech or crypto company is preferred. β’ Experience with working in ATS platforms such as Bamboo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc. β’ Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs. β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. β’ High sense of urgency and able to project manage effectively. β’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. β’ Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn and grow with the Company.
