📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles including: sourcing, interviewing, offer stages and onboarding. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build out job descriptions. • Determine specific hiring processes for each role and coordinate interviews accordingly. • Build a strong, ongoing pipeline of candidates, especially in critical or hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future hiring needs. • Manage job listings on Company career page and Linkedin. • Use a variety of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage with high-caliber technical professionals. • Assist in the offer negotiation process which includes executing offer letters, contracts, compliance documents, reference checks and background checks. • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Regularly assess the talent market to stay competitive and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. • Previous experience at an early-stage company or start-up is a plus. • Previous experience at a fintech or crypto company is preferred. • Experience with working in ATS platforms such as Bamboo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc. • Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • High sense of urgency and able to project manage effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn and grow with the Company.
