Description

• As the founding HR Business Partner at Metronome, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership and management teams to influence HR programs and initiatives from day 1. • In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to provide hands-on strategic input and advice around organizational strategy and development, performance management, coaching and development, compensation, employee relations, training, and more. • We are looking for a strategic and empathetic partner who can work autonomously and balance competing short-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects; demonstrates initiative and manages multiple, competing priorities • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy • HR experience in a tech start-up or high-growth company is a must • Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters • Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations • 7+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably at a Series A or Series B tech startup • Experience providing HR business partnerships to technical teams both technical and go-to-market teams • Proven ability to drive change management in a rapidly scaling environment • Experience identifying, designing, and deploying HR interventions within the business • Superb executive communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing capabilities.
