β€’ Are you a dynamic sales professional with a robust network of clients in Germany? β€’ Do you excel in building relationships through face-to-face interactions? β€’ Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies β€’ Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem. β€’ Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently. β€’ Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth. β€’ Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations. β€’ Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts. β€’ Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets. β€’ Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot. β€’ Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market. β€’ Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales. β€’ Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers. β€’ Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends. β€’ Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends. β€’ Will be a plus: Experience in performance marketing β€’ Experience with AdTech/MarTech β€’ Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization. β€’ Languages proficiency: Fluent English β€’ Fluent German
