Description

• Lead the implementation of technical services across all Tiko markets. • Oversee the implementation of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Mental Health services. • Manage Quality Assurance and Partnerships departments to ensure high standards across all areas. • Develop a strategic plan for the department, focusing on integrating technical services into operations. • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with governments, implementing partners, and funders for new offers. • Ensure alignment with national guidelines for technical services in each market. • Build internal capacity to adhere to new standards across all offers and markets. • Document learnings around the implementation of new offers to enhance future efforts. • Drive research efforts to gather insights and evidence-based practices on SGBV, Mental Health and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Background in Public Health with proven experience in designing and measuring public health programs (mandatory). • Minimum 10 years of experience working with SGBV, Mental Health, Quality Assurance and Partnerships. • At least 3 years in a similar role, leading the strategies and the department for SGBV, Mental Health, Quality Assurance and Partnerships. • Strong collaboration skills with experience working with governments in Sub-Saharan Africa • Experience in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) with adolescents and young people (AYP) • Excellent project management, written, analytical, and documentation skills. • Ability to translate health systems processes into user journeys and understand implementation on the ground • Strong knowledge and experience in MERL is a great advantage • Experience working in digital health is a plus
