• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful performance-driven campaigns • Proven experience with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing, including acquisition strategies, paid advertising, and customer funnel optimization • 2+ years of people management • Experience managing a quarterly advertising budget of at least $100,000 • Well-rounded experience utilizing a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, marketing automation systems, and landing page builders • Experience with data analysis—comfortable interpreting marketing metrics to drive decisions and optimizations • Proven experience managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with content, design, and product development teams • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and scale multi-channel digital campaigns • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.) • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and guide team members
