📋 Description
• Fully remote; able to work during US business hours • Join Miaplaza as a Financial Analyst! • Take ownership of our financial reporting and FP&A initiatives, identifying and analyzing areas of potential interest. • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, present financial insights and drive strategic business decisions. • This position may evolve into a leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • Advanced financial modelling skills • Demonstrated success in transforming financial data into strategic insights • Proven track record in driving initiatives from zero to one • Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite • Nice to Haves: • Hands-on experience with Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree reporting • Experience working in high-growth startup environments • Familiarity using Airtable • Working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
