Description

• Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization • Design and implement new financial software solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems, including user manuals and technical specifications • Lead system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes for financial applications • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for financial systems • Manage projects related to financial system upgrades, integrations, and implementations • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements • Conduct regular system audits and security assessments • Train end-users on new financial systems and provide ongoing support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or finance-related degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in finance or related field • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and software • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Excellent SQL and database management skills • Demonstrated experience with financial software implementation and integration • In-depth understanding of financial processes and regulations • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Proven project management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are a plus
