Midnite is a next-generation betting platform built for today’s fandom, offering the best sportsbook & casino experience. • Looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to guide a cross-functional team of five engineers dedicated to our Casino product. • Lead by nurturing talent, driving innovation, and fostering autonomy within the team. • Accountability for technical and delivery outcomes, ensuring team success in a high-performing culture. • Strong technical expertise combined with a passion for developing others is essential for guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bring hands-on coding experience in a dynamic or strongly typed language (Python preferred) and use that knowledge to guide and support your team. • Collaborate with Product and Technical Leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, from design to maintenance. • Manage, mentor and oversee a team of 5 engineers, helping them grow through regular feedback and coaching. • Champion high standards in engineering practices, holding your team accountable for technical and operational excellence. • Build strong relationships across the team, foster focus and productivity, and partner with senior/lead engineers to implement impactful technical initiatives. • Shape and contribute to best practices across the wider engineering team, driving continuous improvement.
