📋 Description

• As the Sales Manager DACH, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Milence's commercial operations across the DACH region. • We're looking for someone with a true sales mindset – someone who thrives on closing deals, knows how to navigate the complexities of the sales process, and is driven by results. • Your primary focus will be selling our public charging network to fleet operators, logistics companies, and other key players in the transport industry. • You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies. • This role is ideal for someone who gets energized by deal-making, knows how to seal agreements swiftly, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or comparable working experience. • Proven experience in truck sales and/or selling products or solutions to fleet operators, logistics companies, or similar markets. • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a timely and effective manner. • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships. • Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of the competitive landscape. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. • Fluent in both English and German. • Self-driven, with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
