📋 Description
• work with client companies in various industries • build foundational HR programs • create positive company cultures • assist teams throughout the employee lifecycle • onboarding and off-boarding team members • maintaining employee files and process documentation • revising and updating company handbooks • providing guidance to employees and managers • managing employee leave, including FMLA • assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries • coordinating performance reviews • conducting workplace investigations • overseeing payroll changes and system updates
🎯 Requirements
• minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience • consulting mindset with excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service • in-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance • excellent problem-solving abilities • experience working with multi-state companies/clients preferred • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
