• Professional level role responsible for ensuring the SuccessFactors modules are executed in line with system leading practices, business needs, and employee experience. • Supports RCM, CSB, RMK, COMP and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis. • Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system. • Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including SuccessFactors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team. • Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation. • Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent • Technical skills and experience with HRIS systems including configuration, reporting and troubleshooting • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities • Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to adapt the communication to the audience and positively influence others • Results oriented and continuous improvement mindset • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth and innovative company • Strong project management and organizational skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet • At least 5 years of HRIS experience preferrable in SuccessFactors. • Preferred: Computer Science or Information Technology bachelors’ degree • Bilingual in Spanish • Domestic and/or International travel (0-25%)
