📋 Description
• Oversee the day-to-day management of employee benefits and ensure compliance with the ADA. • Lead a team of benefits specialists to provide exceptional service. • Act as primary contact for vendors and HR Managers regarding benefits questions. • Collaborate with external vendors for seamless benefits administration. • Maintain updated documentation of benefits processes and procedures. • Manage accommodation requests and maintain accurate records. • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams on policies and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. • Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple projects. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Experience with vendor interaction and collaboration. • Certifications such as ADA Coordinator or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) preferred
