🎯 Requirements
• Profit and Loss management experience of $10M+ per year or demonstrated responsibility for leading multi-disciplined teams on complex/large programs • Experience leading small and medium sized highly technical, multi-functional focused engineering team • Consistent track record of achieving business growth through leadership in strategizing, planning, development, and capturing work • A highly collaborative leader with outstanding communication skills who excels in partnering with engineering and business development leaders throughout the organization to solve customer problems and win business • Supervision experience for an organization of at least 15 team members • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the appropriate level. • Current active security clearance with ability to obtain special access is a plus
