📋 Description

• The Post-Sales System Analyst supports the post-sales process by assisting in the analysis and optimization of systems and workflows to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience working closely with sales, customer service, and IT teams to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience. • Assist in analyzing post-sales processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and IT teams to support solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-sales activities with guidance from senior team members. • Help maintain documentation for post-sales processes and systems. • Provide support and training to staff on post-sales systems and workflows as needed. • Contribute to the development and implementation of new post-sales initiatives and projects. • Assist in conducting regular checks and audits of post-sales systems to ensure compliance with policies. • Troubleshoot and help resolve basic issues related to post-sales systems and processes with oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • Strong interest in systems analysis and optimization. • Eagerness to learn and develop analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Basic familiarity with Salesforce CRM or the willingness to learn FinancialForce / PSA and Gainsight experience is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
