• Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the first point of contact for our customers. • You’ll provide timely and helpful assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through email, chat, or phone support. • As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product or service issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Your ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach will be key to success in this role. • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide solutions to customers. • Document customer interactions, problems, and solutions in our CRM system. • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution. • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common customer challenges to improve products and services. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
