Senior Account Manager, Client Services and Development

Description
• Directly manage the post sales process for clients that are of strategic importance to the business. • Build and maintain post sales processes at the company for better organization and campaign sell-through rate/renewals. • Own and manage the media plan creation process from start to finish for select accounts. • Work alongside sales and branded strategy teams in ensuring that all potential pitches and proposals have been properly vetted with strategic stakeholders across all items including but not limited to: hard costs, talent names, production feasibility and timelines. • Communicate and collaborate with the sales, creative, brand strategy, branded content, AdOps and production to ensure that strategic clients’ needs are met. • Compile reports on account delivery, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proven experience in account and project management in a media role • Experience with media plans • The ability to build rapport with clients • The ability to handle multiple client accounts • Strong negotiation and leadership skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent communication skills
