📋 Description
• We are seeking a Configuration Engineer to help design, configure, build, and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that serve our government customers and the communities they serve. • This will be a hands-on technical role that will also lead and manage a small team of no more than five developers. • As a member of the engineering team, you will help maintain existing case management solution focused on the public sector communities inside the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). • Responsibilities include providing engaging, client-focused experience, product demonstrations, delivering high-quality software design and architecture, and collaborating with internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing complex enterprise solutions utilizing .NET, C#, Azure, SQL Server, Windows, Azure DevOps • 2+ years of team lead/people management experience • Experience in all application design phases including requirements definition, decomposition, design, code review, code quality, and troubleshooting issues • Experience delivering software products using Agile methodologies; hands-on experience leading Agile teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiencies in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent) • Workable knowledge of SQL (MySQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS))
