β’ Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred. β’ Proven experience (7+ years) in data analytics, with 3+ years leading analytics teams or major initiatives, preferably in healthcare. β’ Deep expertise in SQL and experience implementing business intelligence solutions across an organization, with strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). β’ Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or SuperSet, with experience training others and establishing visualization standards. β’ Strong programming skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to review and improve team members' code. β’ Track record of leading complex analytical projects and coaching teams to deliver meaningful insights that drive business decisions. β’ Experience establishing and maintaining data validation frameworks and teaching best practices to ensure data quality across a team. β’ Outstanding communication skills, with demonstrated success presenting to executive stakeholders and building relationships across departments. β’ Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, delegate effectively, and guide team members while maintaining high standards for deliverables.
