β€’ Remote-First β€’ As the AI Adoption Sales Lead at Mindstone, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. β€’ This role requires a blend of strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to boost Mindstone's market presence and revenue. β€’ Reporting to the CEO, you will have the overall responsibility for increasing our sales activities, crafting effective sales strategies, and achieving our quarterly sales targets. β€’ An expert-led and consultative sell by nature, Mindstone's practical AI community (the biggest in the world) should provide a great platform from which to start, while exploring the best avenues for growth.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed Mindstone's revenue targets. β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. β€’ Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align sales strategies with business goals. β€’ Regularly report on sales results and forecast future sales, providing insights to guide decision-making. β€’ Expertly negotiate and close deals, maximizing revenue while maintaining Mindstone's interests and values. β€’ Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to enhance Mindstone's market position. β€’ Deeply understand Mindstone's product offerings and articulate their value proposition to clients and partners. β€’ Leverage the latest sales technology (including AI) and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Use and be able to talk about how you use AI in your job every day in various ways. β€’ Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable sales plans. β€’ Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a similar industry or a tech startup. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationships at all levels. β€’ Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform sales strategy and decisions. β€’ A natural ability to understand and meet customer needs, building long-term client relationships. β€’ Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt quickly to change. β€’ Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and contributes to a positive team environment. β€’ Experience in an expertise-led, consultative sales environment β€’ Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to Mindstone's success. β€’ Worked in small teams (under 10) before.
