🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in direct response fundraising, communications, and/or marketing for nonprofit organizations or aligned agencies, with a strong focus on business development and sales • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities • Experience leading client relationships with a strategic, results-driven mindset • Strong track record of managing cross-functional project teams and high-profile client accounts • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders • Passion for mission-driven work and the ability to connect organizations with solutions that maximize impact
