Description

• Drive enhancements and updates to the CRM for MMA’s sales teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine vision and strategy for MMA’s CRM • Prioritize product features and enhancements for the IT/Development Team • Maintain business process documentation to justify CRM enhancements and their benefits • Lead user acceptance testing of functionality to meet sales needs • Collaborate with technical CRM team for communication and training for sales teams • Support miscellaneous CRM-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales process from the lens of a salesperson • Ability to manage multiple projects and associated tasks at any given time • Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage towards timelines • Articulate written and verbal communication, including the ability to help end users understand complicated technology processes through various channels (i.e. trainings, videos, documentation, etc.) • General understanding of Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
