• Play a key part in defining the data culture within Modal. • Ensure principled, data-driven decision-making processes. • Work on numerous zero-to-one projects with a direct impact on product direction. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on high-profile feature launches. • Perform and share complex analyses that inform a variety of decisions. • Play a hands-on role in product launches to understand impact on users and identify potential issues early. • Conduct foundational analysis on important, unsolved questions across various problem spaces. • Critical voice and significant influence over the direction of the company as an early team member.
🎯 Requirements
