📋 Description
• We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Designer to join our Platform Delivery team. • As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end service design for new or existing cloud services. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, create user-centered service designs, and provide an exceptional end-to-end experience for our customers. • This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS software, technical infrastructure, and emerging technologies, such as Kubernetes, Azure, and CI/CD.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a Service Designer in a SaaS software environment, with a focus on designing services around complex technical solutions • Ability to create compelling design artifacts, including service blueprints, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. • Experience in coaching teams in design requirements • Strong team player and ability to work with global teams • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
