•Mode Mobile is seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Growth and User Acquisition to lead our user acquisition efforts and drive product growth. •This role will be instrumental in scaling our mobile platform, focusing on acquiring and retaining high-value consumers and optimizing marketing operations for our B2C mobile app.

Requirements

•8+ years of experience in B2C user acquisition or performance marketing, with a strong focus on consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in gaming or fintech •Proven track record of driving significant consumer growth and improving key metrics in previous B2C roles, particularly in high-spend environments •Deep understanding of B2C mobile marketing channels, ad networks, and attribution platforms •Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and ROI optimization for consumer-focused UA campaigns •Excellent leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and developing talent while also being hands-on with campaign management •Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets across multiple channels •Strong understanding of consumer behavior, product understanding, and ability to collaborate effectively with product teams •Proficiency in B2C marketing operations and ad monetization •Willingness to work US hours or be within a 3-hour eastern time zone of the US •Experience in B2C mobile gaming, consumer apps, or cash-centric/gambling apps •Familiarity with various types of digital assets and how to acquire them effectively for consumer-facing products •Solid B2C marketing acumen with the ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies •Experience with app store optimization (ASO) and organic growth strategies for consumer apps •Knowledge of consumer segmentation and personalization strategies •Familiarity with B2C growth experimentation frameworks and A/B testing •Alignment with our core values: Accountable, Action-driven, Caring, Curious, Thorough.
