📋 Description
• Modern Health is looking to hire a talented Provider Recruiting Team member! • You’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding Providers. • Build relationships with Providers in various locations around the world. • Execute a recruitment process to provide a meaningful experience for potential Providers.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or human resources, particularly in the mental health or coaching industry • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with therapeutic and coaching practices is advantageous • Demonstrates empathy and understanding in interactions with therapists and coaches • Possesses industry knowledge and stays abreast of mental health and coaching trends • Adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic recruitment environments • Culturally competent, ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process • Tech-savvy and proficient in using Salesforce and Looker for enhanced efficiency • Strong networking skills to build and maintain mental health and coaching community relationships • Practical problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions in the recruitment process • Meticulous attention to detail in evaluating candidates' qualifications and ensuring compliance with quality standards • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with various teams • Demonstrates a passion for employee well-being and aligns with Modern Health's mission and values
