Description

β€’ Modern Health is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our growing Sales team. β€’ Responsible for generating high quality net new opportunities. β€’ Use multiple channels to engage with prospects including phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, and events. β€’ Create and execute account-based outreach campaigns to generate client interest. β€’ Work closely with marketing to formulate personalized messaging that effectively communicates value. β€’ Develop tracking and reporting dashboards and report progress to Sales Leadership.

Requirements

β€’ 1+ year of work experience, ideally with Sales Development, Sales, or other relevant experience β€’ BA/BS degree or higher β€’ Eagerness to learn from extremely tenured reps β€’ Strategic view and value driven β€’ High-energy and fearlessness β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Grittiness - you will not quit β€’ An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit β€’ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Tremendous follow through β€’ Experience using sales technologies a plus β€’ Health tech, health insurance, health ecosystem experience a plus
