Description

β€’ Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Sales Development Representative holds a key position. β€’ The Video Security & Access Control division of Motorola Solutions is growing rapidly. β€’ Responsibilities include prospecting for new business and developing relationships with decision-makers. β€’ Lead generation expertise to include identifying and developing new business prospects. β€’ Qualify existing leads in Salesforce.com and lead databases. β€’ Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives. β€’ Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities. β€’ Align with other members of the sales organization to support revenue targets.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree or 6+ months of sales experience β€’ Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales organization β€’ Preferred experience with technology sales β€’ Preferred experience with video surveillance/security technology sales β€’ Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience β€’ Preferred previous experience in a sales development role
