• Saviynt is an identity authority platform built to power and protect the world at work. • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will initiate sales cycles for the U.S. Federal Team. • SDRs identify and engage appropriate prospect personas across Federal Agencies. • The objective is to continuously produce qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. • An SDR's role is to independently work towards individual contribution and quota achievement. • The right candidate will work under pressure, think out-of-the-box, and understand sales prospecting tools. • The candidate will assess a company's needs and cater outreach to each Account/Prospect.
• This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task. • One year or more of prospecting into U.S. Federal agencies, such as all agencies within the Department of Defense and other Civilian agencies • Understanding of the interworking and the software procurement process of Federal agencies • Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the IGA market and Saviynt's solutions • Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must be self-driven and determined with well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills • Use of Salesforce required and previous use of sales enablement/engagement tools preferred • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
