Description

• Effectively educate the public about the benefits of solar electricity • Review prospect’s roof material to qualify eligibility for solar • Handle and overcome objections with integrity • Gain confirmation from prospective customers about understanding solar benefits • Create reasonable expectations for obtaining a solar system from Sunrun • Manage solar prospect inquiries via email and online chat

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment • The ability to communicate fluently in English • Fluency in another language besides English is preferred • Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed • Proficient with email, Google suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts
