Description

β€’ This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in executing efficient hiring processes. β€’ This role will manage the operational and compliance aspects of the recruitment process. β€’ Maintains and optimizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption. β€’ Troubleshoots ATS and recruitment tool issues and serve as a point of contact for system-related questions or concerns. β€’ Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible. β€’ Assists in preparing for audits and reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation (e.g., applicant data, interview notes) is properly stored. β€’ Ensures recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal company policies. β€’ Generates and analyzes recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement. β€’ Manages ongoing projects in TA making sure deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted. β€’ Contributes to the development and implementation of new TA processes and strategies to improve the efficiency of the recruiting function. β€’ Collaborates with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between recruitment operations and overall business goals. β€’ May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. β€’ Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. β€’ Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role. β€’ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. β€’ Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. β€’ Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. β€’ Experience responding to audit requests. β€’ Project management or process improvement experience.
