Description

• This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in executing efficient hiring processes. • This role will manage the operational and compliance aspects of the recruitment process. • Maintains and optimizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption. • Troubleshoots ATS and recruitment tool issues and serve as a point of contact for system-related questions or concerns. • Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible. • Assists in preparing for audits and reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation (e.g., applicant data, interview notes) is properly stored. • Ensures recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal company policies. • Generates and analyzes recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement. • Manages ongoing projects in TA making sure deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted. • Contributes to the development and implementation of new TA processes and strategies to improve the efficiency of the recruiting function. • Collaborates with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between recruitment operations and overall business goals. • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. • Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. • Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. • Experience responding to audit requests. • Project management or process improvement experience.
