Description

• Seeking a skilled DevOps/IT Administrator to support technical infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency. • Manage user access across productivity and cloud platforms, provide internal IT support, and contribute to DevOps projects. • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain secure and reliable systems, and support development teams with deployment and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in IT administration, DevOps, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Productivity products administration. • Knowledge of AWS and GCP environments, including management and monitoring of cloud services. • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI) and experience with pipeline configuration and maintenance. • Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts, with experience in Terraform. • Proficiency with Docker and container management for building and deploying applications. • Familiarity with SalesForce Administration. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to provide clear technical guidance to non-technical team members. • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving potential issues.
