• Assist C-Suite in organizing ongoing and new projects. • Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. • Organize and participate in key stakeholder meetings. • Ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. • Provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions to achieve project sustainability and success. • Liaise with Management to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. • Lead and monitor preparation of project proposals and budgets. • Manage project schedule and implementation to ensure timely completion. • Facilitate payables and receivables requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Project Management. • Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar are an added advantage. • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Working knowledge of project management software. • Excellent communication skills; must be fluent to be native in English speaking, reading, and writing. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Attention to details.
