β€’ We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. β€’ Monthly donation entry in Bloomerang (most is automated with online contributions but some gifts need to be entered manually) β€’ Recording transactions in QuickBooks β€’ Managing bill payment and recordkeeping β€’ Generating financial reports (governance and grants) β€’ Complete monthly close β€’ Complete annual close β€’ Assist with various other administrative tasks β€’ Platforms: Bloomerang, QuickBooks, Google Suite

Requirements

β€’ Experience in bookeeping (a must) β€’ Experience in nonprofits (a plus) β€’ Good with numbers β€’ Excellent communicator β€’ Detail oriented β€’ Intuitively organized β€’ Ability to meet deadlines β€’ 5 hours per week β€’ Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
