• Lead efforts to protect Foundation assets and improve security posture of Monad ecosystem. • Build a world-class security culture and strategy. • Elevate security awareness across Monad ecosystem. • Enable Foundation to respond to threats and improve detection capabilities. • Oversee external audit teams and vendors. • Conduct internal security assessments and vulnerability testing. • Continuously monitor and research security vulnerabilities. • Advocate for security best practices and implement policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in web3 and web2 security • Expert in the cyber threat landscape • Deep knowledge of malware evolution, threat indicators, and adversary TTPs • Strong knowledge of social engineering, network, application, cloud, and other web2 security attack vectors • Obsession with web3 security • Excellent knowledge about the EVM and how web3 apps are built • Understanding of how prior crypto hacks have occurred • Bias for action and methodical, rigorous person • Welcome ownership and accountability
