Description

• Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to provide business insights • Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets • Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for management • Integrate and analyze data utilizing the NetSuite system & Power BI to draw meaningful conclusions • Develop performance metrics • Create financial/operational reports and models to support business recommendations • Assists in the development of strategic plans for proposed, new, or existing business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • 2 or more years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, financial modeling, financial planning, and forecasting is required • Exceptional analytical skills, and adept at identifying trends and variances • High level of professionalism and ability to effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and influential manner • Experience with Netsuite is preferred but not required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must be comfortable analyzing and manipulating large data sets • Experience in Power BI is preferred • Ideally will have experience in the commercial side of the business, including sales, marketing and innovation. • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, rapid growth start-up environment • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork, growth mindset and process improvement • Strong influencing and communication skills
