Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in data management, media and digital data, and digital marketing, preferably in commercial roles and/or CPG industries. • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital and social media, and traditional media data. • Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of consumer data (such as GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts consumer data management. • Understanding of data technologies, such as databases, data warehouses, data lakes and analytics tools. • Strong understanding of data modeling (e.g. star schema and snowflake) to drive solutioning discussion with IT team. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines. • Eagerness to constantly seek improvements in the tech stack, data practices, and data solutions. • Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor. • Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders.
