• The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is a primary Field Sales role in Foodservice, assigned to a territory. • Responsible for growing MDLZ product share/consumption in the assigned territory. • Key responsibilities include calling on Non-Commercial accounts including B&I, Healthcare & schools K-12. • The TAM will also have direct sales responsibility for accelerating case growth within specific distributors. • Execute MDLZ national & local snacking consumption programs and sell cases of new product launches. • Effective collaboration with your counterparts, distribution team, and cross-functional partners are critical.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. • 1-3 years of Sales experience in the foodservice channel, ideally with non-commercial accounts (Healthcare, Education K-12, B&I). • CPG industry experience required. • Understanding of the distributor network within the foodservice channel is required. • Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects. • Relationship management: suppliers, contractors, customers. • Must possess the ability to seek alternatives. • MS Office Suite: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. • Travel required: Yes.
