• Moneturn is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help brands create a lasting legacy of success in the digital world. • We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to propel brands to new heights including SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation, and much more. • We are a small team of energetic and entrepreneurial individuals who are excited to be part of something big from the start. • Moneturn is looking for a dynamic Managing Director to join our expanding team. • This pivotal position requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement strategic marketing plans, drive brand growth, and ensure the company’s continued success in a highly competitive industry. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in affiliate marketing, designing & developing a product, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing senior individuals, and achieving significant results. • The role involves overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. • This job requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who can handle the complexities of the affiliate marketing and stock/crypto/forex industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Managing Director (or similar) in a relevant industry • Demonstrated success in building and growing a brand within the affiliate marketing space, with verifiable results • Extensive knowledge of various marketing functions, including commercial, content, and SEO, to effectively manage senior individuals in each area and leverage their roles to drive brand growth and engagement • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to navigate and leverage these for brand growth • Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI • Strong strategic planning skills with a history of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant business success • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations • High levels of energy and enthusiasm • Hard working and proactive • Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment • Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times
