• We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. • We want to change banking to make it less complex. • Looking for a Product Manager for our Subscriptions team to drive engagement. • You’ll ensure we continue to meet and exceed subscriber needs and expectations. • Create a product strategy and collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities. • Lead planning process and prioritise roadmap. • Create experiences that solve user needs and pain points. • Work with partners to integrate into their experiences.

Requirements

• You’ve shipped world-class products at a fast growing company. • You have a track record of building market-leading value propositions. • You’ve worked with partners before and have experience in integrations. • You’re data-driven and commercial, with a proven track record of making an impact through experimentation and optimization. • You can work effectively with diverse teams to get stuff done. • You’re able to motivate, energize and inspire people towards a common goal. • You’re passionate about building value for customers. • You can systematically break down and solve complex problems. • You’re able to make good decisions in complex situations. • You have the urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better. • You’re a fast learner, humble, curious, and enjoy sharing knowledge.

Benefits

• £85,000-£108,000 ➕ plus stock options • Learning budget of £1,000 a year for books, training courses and conferences • We can help you relocate to the UK • We can sponsor visas.
