• JOB TITLE: Sales Support Associate • LOCATION: Remote • REPORTS TO: Sales Director • WORK SHIFT: PST Timezone • WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/Full-time • JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations by providing administrative and organizational support to our dynamic sales team. • The Sales Support Associate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our sales operations by managing key administrative tasks and supporting the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience. • The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of the luxury design industry. • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Management: Input approved trade accounts into Salesforce with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain and regularly update customer databases to ensure current and accurate information. • Client Onboarding & Support: Assist the sales team with processing sample orders promptly and professionally. • Liaise with the sales team to facilitate effective client communication and support a superior client experience. • Sales Operations: Enter and maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring meticulous tracking and updates. • Process client payments in Salesforce, maintaining confidentiality and precision. • Collaborate with the production team to provide updates on order and shipping statuses, ensuring clear and consistent communication. • Reporting & Strategy: Generate and distribute weekly sales reports to support strategic planning and sales meetings. • Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s goals.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role, ideally in the luxury design industry. • Familiarity with the AD100 community and interior design industry is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required. • Bachelor’s degree is required. • Excellent time management and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to administrative tasks. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges and improving processes. • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Airtable is essential.
