Description

• Lead and deliver projects with seamless execution • Build positive client relationships • Ensure standard of work aligns with promises • Utilize Business Central creatively for client solutions • Communicate and collaborate effectively • Implement best practices and seek new ways for client outcomes • Translate requirements into functional design specs • Interact with internal and external customers • Prepare and train customers in Business Central usage • Support BC customers and resolve issues • Work with project teams on all project phases • Develop business procedures and data policies • Create documentation and perform knowledge transfers • Work on various BC project types • Conduct operational assessments • Build expertise through education and professional networks • Occasionally support in deal shaping • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities • Actively participate in career development activities

Requirements

• Professional services firm experience with at least 10 full life cycle implementations of NAV/Business Central • 5+ years of implementation experience with Dynamics Business Central • 5+ years of Business Central experience in specific areas • Understanding of software implementation lifecycles • Experience with client environments analysis • Self-starter and team player • Presentation experience to end users • Continuous learning mindset • Flexibility to travel up to 25%
