• Provide Agency IT project managers with guidance • Assisting with the formulation of strategic and operational plans • Aligning portfolio approach, impact, and timing with the broader environment • Coordinating with Customer Engagement representatives • Tracking each project plan and prioritizing critical resources • Gather IT requirements in executive meetings • Synthesize data for the OCIO • Interface with Senior Government IT Executives • Backup IDAS team members as required • Managing large, complex information technology projects • Coordinating efforts of team members to accomplish tasks on time and budget • Identifying and managing project dependencies, constraints, and risks • Project Lifecycle documentation • Create and present executive level presentations • Provides weekly status updates • Create, track and report on risks • Document requirements for enterprise solutions • Analyzes current and planned portfolio against IDAS Service Plan Goals and Objectives

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience • 3-5 years of business/mission outcomes/impacts, strategic/tactical and operational experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with Risk Management and best practices • Experience using tools for requirements gathering and implementation • Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated master schedules and applying earned value management techniques (desired, not required) • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box. • ITIL Certification (desired, not required) • Microsoft SharePoint (desired, not required) • Microsoft Project (desired, not required)
