Description
• A Federally chartered Mortgage Bank is seeking experienced retail residential mortgage loan officers and producing leaders in Tennessee. • Community Bank environment that adheres to old fashioned principles of customer service and satisfaction, yet offers innovative products and technology. • Mortgage lender with competitive rates and a wide range of products and programs, including but not limited to: Construction, DAP, Portfolio Products, DSCR, FHA 203K, Manufactured Housing & No Score program. • Competitive compensation packages and exceptional benefits!
Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years of recent Mortgage Origination experience. • Must have an active NMLS license. • Residing in US required. • Knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations governing real estate lending. • Have a self-sourced clientele.
