• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product teams in pre-sales architecture • Design and evaluate customer needs for NG9-1-1 Call Handling solutions • Manage pre-sale opportunities and implementation of complex projects • Ensure alignment between North America presales practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Technical Knowledge of 911 Emergency Call Handling systems • 5+ years of experience in public safety, 911 communications, or related fields • Excellent presentation skills preferred • Strong verbal and written skills • Frequent travel required
