Description
• This role will be responsible for balancing customer needs with internal teams. • Develop an end-to-end understanding of your product within the larger ecosystem. • Serve as the voice of customer, guiding product realization cycle. • Lead, collaborate, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver services. • Work with process owners to develop metrics to manage success and risks.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering • 5+ years’ work experience with Auto Finance or Automotive Service • 3+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products • 3+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences • 3+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process • 3+ years of experience managing moderate to high complexity projects and programs • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification • PMC Certified
