• Responsible for overseeing Public Safety Records & Jail Management Software Integrations from start to finish • Responsible for setting a product vision and strategy • Owns the strategy behind the product along with its roadmap

Requirements

• Familiarity with business or business management • Understanding business management tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a necessity • Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems • Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new projects alongside customer feedback • Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that can be understood by developers as well as non-technical staff • Ability to research and analyze project requirements from various stakeholders • Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data. • Build consensus among stakeholders • Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment • Ability to multi-task among various assignments.
