Description

β€’ The Regional Distributor Account Manager for Pelco products will be responsible for managing relationships with a network of distributor branches to ensure successful distribution of Pelco products within the assigned territory. β€’ Drive revenue growth and market share by developing strategic plans and executing sales initiatives with distributors. β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributor partners. β€’ Accelerate the penetration of Pelco camera offerings and enhance overall sales presence across channel base and integrator customers. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to effectively support distributor activities and address customer needs. β€’ Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges. β€’ Provide product training, sales support, and other operational assistance to distributor sales teams. β€’ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedback. β€’ Provide regular reports to senior management and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets. β€’ Manage distribution inventory levels and forecasting demand to ensure product availability.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field β€’ 3+ years of related experience in Video Security or Technology industry β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing β€’ Experience managing distributor relationships and driving channel sales growth. β€’ Demonstrated experience in building business relationships with channel partners, integrators and 3rd party technology providers. β€’ Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory by air and car. β€’ Strong understanding of video solutions and surveillance camera technologies. β€’ Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong sense of urgency β€’ Excellent project management skills β€’ Able to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust with leaders across multiple layers
