• Responsibilities involve the integration of programmatic, technical, systems engineering, business, and personnel elements of a project • Understanding the technical requirements, concepts of operation, and architecture of the overall solution • Leading and defending the project's technical and programmatic decisions • Tailoring and applying change management and systems engineering processes • Assists Project Management in developing and managing costs and schedules

Requirements

• Min. of a Associate's Degree in an engineering or technical field and 6+ years of engineering or technical experience OR 8+ years of engineering or technical experience • Excellent presentation skills, highly skilled with drawing and diagramming tools (such as MS Visio or similar) • Strong verbal and written skills; fluency in English • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time • This position is subject to working in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
