β€’ Generate high-quality leads for Motum recruiting services. β€’ Collaborate with the team to qualify leads. β€’ Conduct discovery calls and showcase Motum's offerings to prospective clients. β€’ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the value of Motum's services. β€’ Identify leads through the sales funnel, ultimately closing deals and earning performance-based commissions. β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and remain informed about Motum services.

Requirements

β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoy exceeding goals. β€’ Possess a strong understanding of IT products and HR services. β€’ Demonstrate a proven track record of successful lead generation and sales conversions. β€’ Possess exceptional communication, presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills. β€’ Able to comfortably navigate technical discussions and translate product value to clients clearly. β€’ Highly motivated with the ability to actively engage during core hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST) and flexible to work up to 8 hours daily. β€’ Thrive in a flexible work environment and enjoy the self-directed nature of the role.
